She is pointing out things as small as a twitch on an enemy from maybe 100 feet away (space is really hard to judge in anime), while it doesn’t even seem like she’s paying attention. Shizuku (aside from her dumb moments) does this with an almost absent mind. Their ability to keep up with any opponent and come to conclusions from even the tiniest clues is superb and they never seem to be straining to perceive anything. The troupe as a whole makes very advanced nen techniques feel like child’s play in general.
Shizuku does have some incredible feats when her demeanor is considered.

We see Feitan go full nuclear with what was probably not even his true limit and we see what we can assume was shalnarks max limit with how tired he seemed after using it.

That doesn’t really mean she’s a secret beast cause in this series we see plenty of characters clearly acting outside of their optimal scenario and many don’t get to show the true power they have ever. We have yet to see Shizuku do anything like this. In shounen we see characters kick up when they are close to losing and shouldn’t have the energy to go on. One metric I try and consider is always “what is this persons limit and how do they push through it”. She was pretty tough in arm wrestling but still the twelfth in the spiders.
IMO Shizuko has no chance against Knuckle and Genthru since both are stronger than Gon, Killua would probably Stomp Shizuko, he is Rly O.P. The thing is, in terms of fight, the Gap between the Mid-tier to the TOp-tier is HUGE: Phinkx, Hisoka, Feitan, Chrollo and Nobunaga could easily win against Gon/Killua, and this is why people say Shizuko is "weak", because she is "weak" compared to the Top-tier Its important to say that Gon is a really Intuitive and Smart Little guy, so he could probably find a way of beating Shizuko. Shizuko is strong enough to Follow Feitan's movement, and we can easily assume she is stronger than Benjamin's Bodyguards and the mafia Guys, however, when it comes to Killua and Gon, we are talking about two Kids with a HUGE talent, as talent as Netero/Ging(or more), so the Bisky training + the C.A arc experience was enough to make them stronger then the Mid-Tier P.T, which in my opinion is the tier of Franklin, Shizuko, Bono, Kalluto and Shalnark. She is strong, every trupe member is strong, but the thing here is: The trupe is a THIEF guild, so Chrollo needs Hatsu which can be useful in STEALING, so, The Phantom trupe has members like Kurtopi, Pakunoda and Shizuko, They are strong, but they purpose is not to Fight.
Let's think about fights in HxH, we have two kinds of Characters: Fighters and Supports, let's divide the Trupe into 3 Tiers: Top-Tier, Mid-Tier, Supports.
